The OpenHouseGallery, a NoLIta spot which recently “housed” the Park Here indoor park, has such an exhibit. The Nutropolitan Museum of Art is hosted by Peanut Butter & Co. and the National Peanut Board, starting Friday, March 4 and through the weekend. I could go on about Peanut Butter & Co., which has a small sandwich shop in Greenwich Village and sells both their chocolate and spicy varieties at my local Stop & Shop. Great to have on hand.
At this popup gallery event, you can meet a peanut farmer, get a free jar of peanut butter upon entrance (and have another jar donated to Food Bank of New York City in your honor), make beautiful PB&J art, and view hundreds of PB&J artsy images.
