The Burroughs Community Center needs your help! Pepsi is giving away millions of dollars to worthy causes that attract enough votes.
Voting on their Pepsi Refresh site could be a way to channel lots of money to updating their 24,000-square-foot facility, which opened on Fairfield Avenue in Black Rock in 1997 and brings in over 60,000 visitors a year. This particular drive is to shape up their sizable, but gently worn, facilities. And you don’t have to open your own wallet at all — just persuade Pepsi to write a check!
A project to “Refresh Burroughs” was accepted into the voting for the month of June on a Pepsi website that gives away $1.2 million each month. The top two finishers in the voting competition for the month will receive $250,000. Just click here once a day for the entire month of June and cast your vote!
